Yoga Teacher
We pull the vast majority of our teaching team from our own training programmes so if you’re interested in teaching at Sharmila's Yoga Zone we strongly recommend you come along to a training course or CPD weekend to meet our Senior teachers. Our studio teaching community is centred around the experience of our Senior teaching faculty, each of whom have more than 15+ experience and offer mentorship and continuous learning for our junior teachers. Guest teachers to the studio are usually the teachers of our Senior teachers, selected based on personal relationships for their advanced experience and long-term dedication to yoga. Therapist
