Yoga is open to anyone who is interested in it. Age is no barrier; you can start yoga at any stage of life. Contrary to what some people think, you don't have to be flexible or strong in order to begin practicing yoga. There are no pre-requisites to yoga except for an open mind.

1. It can make us sensitive to our bodies and also allow us to get to understand our strengths and weaknesses.
2. We begin to notice how our physical freedom has been confined by our own unconscious movements/habits of holding on to tension.

4. Weight loss is all about your personal habits, physical state and chronic stress.
